American authorities unsealed indictments against five alleged Russian agents, while a German court convicted a Ukrainian national in a parcel bomb scheme.

American prosecutors unsealed indictments in Manhattan charging five alleged Russian intelligence operatives with orchestrating an international campaign of assassinations and sabotage. Federal authorities stated that the suspects recruited operatives worldwide to monitor and murder individuals supporting Ukraine across Europe and the United States. All five suspects remain at large.

Concurrently, a regional court in Stuttgart, Germany, convicted a Ukrainian national for participating in a Kremlin-directed plot involving parcel bombs. Investigators revealed that the operation utilized commercial shipping services to send packages containing explosives, aiming to undermine public confidence in regional security.
