What we keep
Your email address, the language of the page where you subscribed, where on the page you did it, the times you subscribed and confirmed, and a one-way hash of your IP address to fight abuse.
Why
To send you the Nexus Europa news you asked for. We write only after you confirm through the link in our first email. The legal basis is your consent.
Unconfirmed addresses
If you do not click the confirmation link, we delete the address after 30 days.
Who else sees it
Brevo, an email service in France, delivers our emails. We do not sell or share the list with anyone else.
How to stop
Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or write to [email protected]. After you unsubscribe we keep the address marked as unsubscribed, so we never write to it by mistake. Ask us and we delete it completely.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
