Russian strikes on Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia killed at least 17 people, while Ukrainian drone attacks struck targets in Crimea and near the Black Sea.

Russian air strikes across Ukraine killed at least 17 people and injured 44 in the Kyiv region, while glide bomb attacks targeted residential neighborhoods in Zaporizhzhia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged Western allies for additional air defense interceptors, maintaining that enhanced systems would have saved lives.
