Ukrainian strikes hit aerospace and industrial facilities in Samara as frontline clashes surge across eastern Ukraine.

Satellite imagery and regional reports indicate that Ukrainian long-range strikes struck key industrial sites in Russia's Samara region, damaging facilities linked to the Progress Rocket Space Centre and the Aviakor aircraft plant. The strikes targeted locations involved in Soyuz rocket manufacturing and strategic aircraft maintenance, amid wider drone and missile activity reported across the Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, and Rostov regions.

Concurrently, intense ground combat persisted along the frontline in eastern Ukraine. Ukrainian military officials documented more than 250 clashes within 24 hours, with heavy Russian assaults focused on the Lyman and Kostiantynivka sectors. Additional fighting saw Russian forces attempting to split Ukrainian positions along the Oskil River near Kupyansk and widening territorial control south of Dobropillia in the Pokrovsk sector.
