Ukrainian drone strikes hit Russian warehouses as cross-border attacks escalate

Cross-border attacks between Ukrainian and Russian forces have intensified, resulting in significant civilian casualties and damage to major commercial infrastructure. Ukrainian drone strikes targeted logistics centers belonging to Russian e-commerce companies Wildberries and Ozon, causing fires in Leningrad Oblast and Dagestan. The repeated disruptions contributed to a nearly 30 percent decline in Ozon's shares.

Fatalities were reported in multiple regions. Ukrainian drone impacts killed five people at a warehouse in Moscow Oblast and seven on a Black Sea beach in Krasnodar Krai. Meanwhile, a Russian missile attack on Kyiv left nine people dead and 33 injured. On the front line, Russian forces achieved a tactical breakthrough near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, while Ukrainian troops advanced near Velyka Novosilka. Belarus also announced plans to deploy a new air assault brigade near the Ukrainian border.
