Ukrainian forces struck a Russian military facility, while Russian attacks triggered power blackouts and prompted IAEA warnings over the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant.

Ukrainian forces have hit a military production facility in Kirov and an oil depot inside Russia, President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed. The facility reportedly produces components for Russian aviation and missile systems.

Concurrently, Russian forces targeted port infrastructure and fuel facilities in Ukraine's Mykolaiv region using uncrewed aerial vehicles, triggering power outages across Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

Meanwhile, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) highlighted ongoing concerns regarding water supply stability at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. Director General Rafael Grossi noted that while cooling water levels currently remain sufficient, continued attacks on the nearby city of Enerhodar threaten essential infrastructure and operational staff.
