Trump warns Iran of a final chance for a deal, while Washington delays a Patriot missile production agreement with Kyiv and Ukrainian drone strikes hit Russian warehouses.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that fast-moving negotiations with Tehran represent Iran's last opportunity to conclude an agreement, backed by regional partners including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. While noting that Washington ordered a temporary pause on strikes, Trump warned that failure to reach terms could trigger unprecedented military action.

Concurrently, U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker confirmed that a joint agreement between Washington and Kyiv to produce Patriot interceptor missiles will not be finalized before winter, though other European defense manufacturing collaborations remain active.

In Russia, Ukrainian drone strikes targeted logistics facilities belonging to e-commerce firm Wildberries. Authorities confirmed at least five fatalities and ten injuries following strikes near Moscow, with additional incidents reported across Saint Petersburg and Tver.
