Ukrainian officials reported over 200 daily engagements across key sectors, while shifting tactical lines were reported near Kupiansk, Lyman, and Sumy.

Intense military engagements continue across eastern and northern Ukraine, with Ukrainian officials reporting between 221 and 254 combat clashes in recent daily updates. Russian assault operations focused heavily on breaching defensive positions in the Pokrovsk, Lyman, and Kostiantynivka sectors.

Contrasting tactical movements were reported across several operational areas. Ukrainian troops made progress along the right bank of the Oskil River north of Kupiansk and reported advances near Lyman. Conversely, Moscow's Defense Ministry claimed control of several settlements approaching Sumy, and Russian Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov publicly rejected assertions of Ukrainian advancements in the Zaporizhzhia direction. Additionally, Russian air strikes reportedly targeted military ammunition storage sites in the Kyiv region.
