Russian attacks across Ukraine killed civilians and a medic, while Ukrainian drone strikes targeted a warehouse complex in Russia's Leningrad region.

Russian military attacks across Ukraine have resulted in additional casualties, while Ukrainian forces launched overnight drone strikes targeting Russian infrastructure.

In Kyiv, officials confirmed that an August 1 Russian ballistic missile strike killed 25-year-old combat medic Yeva Roiter during a secondary strike while she was assisting emergency responders. On August 3, Russian forces struck the Dnipropetrovsk region, killing three people—including an eight-year-old boy—and injuring six at a gas station near Kryvyi Rih. A separate strike hit food warehouses in Dnipro, causing a major fire.

Conversely, Russian regional authorities reported Ukrainian drone attacks overnight into August 4. Leningrad Oblast Governor Alexander Drozdenko stated air defenses shot down 17 drones, though damage occurred at a warehouse complex near Krasny Bor, injuring one person.
