Emergency crews respond to deadly strikes in the Kyiv region as reports emerge of a North Korean missile unit deploying to Russia's Voronezh Oblast.

Emergency responders in Ukraine continue operations following overnight Russian missile and drone bombardments across Kyiv and surrounding districts. Local authorities and monitoring reports indicate between 15 and 17 people were killed and dozens injured as strikes damaged warehouses, vehicles, and residential structures.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian intelligence indicated that Russian forces have begun stationing a North Korean missile detachment in Voronezh Oblast. The unit is reportedly equipped with up to six mobile launchers and roughly 120 ballistic missiles to support further strikes against Ukrainian territory.

Along the eastern front line, clashes persisted in Kupyansk, where Ukrainian troops engaged fortified Russian positions, while additional Russian soldiers were captured near Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka. Russian leadership also signalled impending personnel changes within the defence ministry command structure.
