Ukrainian forces hit Russian infrastructure targets in Kherson, Kursk, and Zaporizhzhia, while Moscow faces scrutiny over drone attacks on civilians and terrorism charges for POWs.

Ukrainian forces targeted key Russian assets overnight, striking a temporary Federal Security Service (FSB) location in occupied Shchaslyvtseve, Kherson Oblast, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The operations also damaged a road bridge over the Seim River in Russia's Kursk region and a railway bridge across the Molochna River in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Concurrently, Ukrainian police in Kherson Oblast reported ongoing Russian drone attacks directed at non-combatants, detailing an incident in which a 52-year-old street vendor survived a targeted strike while selling goods from a vehicle.

Meanwhile, Russian authorities are prosecuting captured Ukrainian service members involved in the Kursk regional offensive under terrorism charges, following operations that began in August 2024.
