Ukrainian forces struck Russian FSB bases and bridges, while reports surface that captured Ukrainian soldiers face terrorism charges in Russia.

Ukrainian forces have conducted targeted strikes against key Russian military infrastructure, including a temporary Federal Security Service (FSB) deployment base in occupied Kherson Oblast. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, separate attacks damaged a road bridge over the Seym River in Kursk Oblast and a railway bridge in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Concurrently, Ukrainian Special Operations Forces captured two Russian soldiers during a covert mission. In Kherson Oblast, local police released footage of a civilian vendor surviving a targeted Russian drone attack.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian media reported that Russian authorities are prosecuting captured Ukrainian soldiers from the Kursk offensive under terrorism charges, raising concerns over violations of prisoner-of-war protections under international humanitarian law.
