Ukraine warns of impending Russian missile attack amid ongoing air strikes

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that Russian forces may launch a major missile strike across Ukraine within 48 hours, citing intelligence gathered by domestic agencies and foreign allies.

The warning comes as Russian forces continue aerial bombardment across multiple regions. Ukrainian air defenses neutralized 81 attack drones and intercepted one of three ballistic missiles targeted at the Kyiv region. Air Force spokesperson Yurii Ihnat stated that additional supersonic Onyx missiles directed at southern Ukraine failed to reach their intended targets.

Meanwhile, local authorities in Zaporizhzhia reported that the injury toll from recent guided bomb strikes increased to 30 people, including seven children. In Kharkiv's Saltivskyi district, an enemy drone detonated near a residential high-rise, shattering windows and injuring at least one civilian.
