Ukrainian forces hit Russian bridges and an FSB base while Moscow reportedly prosecutes captured Ukrainian troops under terrorism charges instead of standard POW protections.

Ukrainian forces launched overnight strikes against key Russian military infrastructure, hitting a temporary Federal Security Service (FSB) deployment point in occupied Shchaslyvtseve, Kherson Oblast. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also reported strikes on a road bridge over the Seim River in Russia's Kursk region and a railway bridge in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian Special Operations Forces captured two Russian service members. Concurrently, reports indicate Russian authorities are prosecuting captured Ukrainian soldiers involved in the Kursk region offensive under terrorism charges rather than granting them standard prisoner-of-war protections.

In civilian areas, Kherson police released footage showing a targeted Russian drone strike on a 52-year-old vendor, highlighting continued attacks against non-combatants.
