Ukrainian long-range strikes damaged aerospace defense facilities in Russia's Samara region as heavy ground fighting continued across eastern Ukraine.

Ukrainian forces launched long-range missile and drone strikes against strategic industrial sites in Russia, focusing on the Samara region. Satellite imagery confirmed damage to facilities at the Progress Rocket Space Centre and the adjacent Aviakor aviation repair plant. Additional aerial attacks were reported across the Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, and Rostov regions, targeting logistics and military installations including the Savasleyka airfield.

Simultaneously, intense ground combat persisted along the eastern front, with Ukrainian defense forces reporting over 250 daily engagements. Russian troops maintained offensive pressure in the Lyman, Kostyantynivka, and Pokrovsk sectors, attempting to divide Ukrainian bridgeheads along the Oskil River and expand territorial control south of Dobropillia. Ukrainian defenders reported repelling dozens of assaults across several tactical directions.
