Deadly Russian strikes struck Kyiv and its outskirts as reports emerged of North Korean missile forces deploying to Russia's Voronezh region.

Overnight Russian ballistic missile and drone strikes across Kyiv and the surrounding region killed up to 17 people and injured dozens more, damaging commercial warehouses, vehicles, and civilian infrastructure. Casualty figures varied slightly across official channels as emergency teams continued search and clearing operations.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian intelligence reported that a North Korean missile detachment equipped with six mobile launchers and up to 120 ballistic missiles has begun deploying to Russia's Voronezh region to bolster Moscow's strike operations.

On the front lines, Ukrainian forces engaged Russian troops entrenched in Kupyansk and captured Russian soldiers near Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka. Concurrently, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced forthcoming personnel adjustments across the Russian armed forces and defense ministry leadership.
