Russian forces launched strikes across Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region on August 3, targeting infrastructure in separate attacks.

In the Kryvyi Rih district, a strike on a gas station in the Shyrokivska community killed three people, including an eight-year-old boy, and injured six others. Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha reported that one 49-year-old man was hospitalized in serious condition, while five other victims suffered moderate injuries. Emergency services successfully extinguished the resulting blaze.

In a separate attack on the city of Dnipro, Russian strikes hit food storage warehouses, causing a large fire. Local authorities noted that details regarding potential casualties in Dnipro were still being clarified.
