Romanian jets intercepted a third Russian drone while shipping to Ukrainian Black Sea ports halted following attack threats.

Romanian Air Force F-16 fighter jets intercepted an unmanned aerial vehicle over the Black Sea for a third consecutive day, prompting Romanian President Nicușor Dan to label the airspace violations as "unacceptable and intolerable." Meanwhile, commercial shipping to Ukraine's Black Sea ports has halted after shipowners voluntarily suspended operations following Russian threats, putting an estimated $2 billion in agricultural exports at risk.

Across Ukraine, Russian forces launched over 130 drones alongside targeted air strikes against Zaporizhzhia, Izium, and Sumy, causing casualties and infrastructure damage. In a separate announcement, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed Russia is preparing to deploy approximately 30,000 North Korean soldiers to bolster its forces and is sharing satellite intelligence with Iran.
