Poland celebrated Armed Forces Day with massive military parades in Warsaw and Gdynia as Prime Minister Donald Tusk outlined key national defense priorities.

Poland celebrated Armed Forces Day on 15 August to commemorate the 1920 Battle of Warsaw, holding a major military parade in Warsaw alongside a naval showcase in Gdynia. The nationwide events featured land troops, armored vehicles, aircraft, and Polish Navy vessels.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk addressed the nation from the PGZ Naval Shipyard in Gdynia, outlining four primary security pillars: secure borders, strong alliances, continuous military investment, and economic growth. Highlighting naval developments under the Miecznik frigate program, Tusk declared that Poland intends to become a "maritime power" to deter potential conflicts. Defense officials, including Chief of the General Staff Wiesław Kukuła, confirmed full military readiness following final preparations.
