Russian strikes across the Kyiv region killed up to 17 people, amid reports that North Korean missile detachments are deploying in Voronezh.

Russian forces conducted an overnight barrage of ballistic missiles and drones against Kyiv and surrounding districts, killing between 15 and 17 people and injuring 40 to 51 others, according to regional authorities and emergency services. The attacks ignited fires and caused structural damage to commercial warehouses and transport vehicles, including in the Bucha district.

Simultaneously, Ukrainian intelligence and media reports indicated that a North Korean military detachment is deploying in Russia's Voronezh region, equipped with mobile launchers and dozens of ballistic missiles.

On the front lines, Ukrainian forces engaged Russian troops in Kupyansk and captured personnel near Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka. In Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced upcoming leadership adjustments across the Russian Armed Forces and the Defense Ministry.
