Czech Parliamentary Deputy Speaker Barbora Urbanová met with counterpart Olena Kondratiuk in Kyiv for bilateral talks, following a prior refusal by the Czech parliamentary steering committee to sanction the official trip. Simultaneously, Czech Chief of General Staff Miroslav Hlaváč awaits authorization from the Ministry of Defence to attend an upcoming security conference with European military leaders in Ukraine.
