US warns of further strikes on Iran after fresh military exchanges

United States President Donald Trump threatened additional strikes on Iran following military exchanges near Bandar Abbas and Sirik, while Tehran vowed a decisive response.
United States President Donald Trump has threatened additional military strikes against Iran following the first direct military exchanges between Washington and Tehran in a month. Explosions were reported near the strategic southern Iranian coastal locations of Bandar Abbas and Sirik.
Trump claimed that Tehran is "begging" for a diplomatic agreement with Washington in the wake of the bombardment. In response, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that while Iran does not seek a wider conflict, it will "decisively respond to aggressors." Meanwhile, Iranian naval officials rejected reports of heavy damage, maintaining that their fleet remains operational despite the American attacks.
