Russian bombardments killed at least eight people across Ukraine as heavy fighting continues along the eastern front line in Donetsk.

Russian aerial strikes across several Ukrainian regions have killed at least eight people and injured more than 60, according to local authorities. Officials reported that approximately 180 drones targeted civilian and infrastructure sites across the Odesa, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

In Dnipropetrovsk, emergency services recorded five deaths and 16 injuries following nearly 60 bombardments across five districts, with fatalities reported in Kamianske and Pavlohrad. Additionally, a drone strike on a petrol station near Kryvyi Rih killed three individuals, including an eight-year-old child.

Meanwhile, military operations continue along the eastern front line. Russia's Ministry of Defence claimed that its forces secured control over the settlements of Vasyutinske and Toretsk in the Donetsk region, while Ukrainian military officials reported ongoing heavy clashes across contested sectors.
