Russian drone and artillery strikes across Ukraine kill eight and injure dozens

Russian drone and artillery barrages across several Ukrainian regions have killed at least eight people and wounded over 60, heavily impacting Dnipropetrovsk.
Russian forces deployed around 180 drones alongside artillery in widespread strikes across several Ukrainian regions over a 24-hour period, leaving at least eight people dead and more than 60 injured.
The Dnipropetrovsk region endured heavy shelling, facing nearly 60 attacks across five districts. Emergency services reported five fatalities and 16 injuries in the area, with casualties reported in Kamianske, Pavlohrad, and Nikopol. Nearby, an unmanned aerial vehicle hit a petrol station close to Kryvyi Rih, killing three individuals, among them an eight-year-old child.
Additional strikes hit targets throughout Odesa, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia, damaging civilian infrastructure and sparking fires that emergency teams worked to contain.
