At least five people were killed and 16 injured in a series of Russian strikes across Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region.

Russian forces launched nearly 60 strikes across five districts in Ukraine's central Dnipropetrovsk region over a 24-hour period, leaving at least five people dead and 16 others injured, according to local emergency services.

The attacks heavily impacted several areas, including the Kamianske district, where three individuals were killed and five sustained injuries. In the Pavlohrad district, strikes resulted in two deaths and seven injuries. Additional artillery shelling and drone strikes hit the Nikopol district, damaging infrastructure and causing further casualties. Local first responders and emergency rescue crews were deployed to extinguish fires and conduct search-and-rescue operations across the affected communities.
