Kazakh President Tokayev proposed freezing the Ukraine war during talks with Putin, as diplomatic discussions and military troop claims continue.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy alleged that Russia is preparing to deploy an additional 30,000 North Korean troops. Following a discussion with Zelenskyy, Finnish President Alexander Stubb asserted that Ukraine's strategic standing is stronger than at any stage since the conflict began.

Concurrently, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev proposed freezing the Ukraine war during talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. However, the Kremlin swiftly dismissed the proposal.

In international trade developments, Beijing has reportedly demanded modifications to a tentative commercial agreement negotiated with U.S. President Donald Trump involving the purchase of 200 Boeing passenger aircraft.
