Rescue operations continue in Colombia after a magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck the region, with casualty reports placing the death toll between 132 and 164.

Rescue teams and military personnel in western Colombia are continuing search and recovery operations following a magnitude 7.4 earthquake centered near San José del Palmar. A national state of emergency remains active to accelerate disaster relief and shelter displaced residents.

Casualty estimates vary as search efforts progress through destroyed buildings. Moldova1 reported that at least 164 people have died, while Digi24 and Ziarul de Gardă recorded 132 dead and over 500 injured.
