Czech Culture Minister Oto Klempíř is revising the State Cultural Policy 2026–2030+, reportedly removing goals focused on societal resilience and critical thinking.

Czech Minister of Culture Oto Klempíř has initiated revisions to the country's upcoming State Cultural Policy for 2026–2030+, a strategic document originally drafted under former minister Martin Baxa and approved by the previous cabinet.

According to reports, the updated draft removes explicit references to developing societal resilience and fostering critical thinking. Although Klempíř previously commended his predecessor's document as a solid foundation, the new revisions align the strategy with the political agenda of his party, Motoristé sobě. The changes mark a shift in how national cultural development and educational priorities will be framed over the coming years.
