Cross-border drone and missile strikes between Ukraine and Russia have escalated, causing casualties and damage to residential areas and industrial facilities on both sides.

Long-range aerial strikes between Ukraine and Russia continue to inflict casualties and infrastructure damage across both countries.

Russian strikes hit multiple Ukrainian regions, including Kramatorsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv, where an overnight drone bombardment killed two people and severely damaged an apartment building. In eastern Ukraine, regional authorities reported at least one death and 15 injuries following repeated strikes on Kramatorsk and nearby settlements.

Concurrently, Ukrainian drone strikes targeted several sites inside Russia. A rocket manufacturing facility in the Samara region caught fire following an attack, while strikes against commercial warehouses in Moscow and Saint Petersburg left at least five people dead. Another drone strike in Russia's Belgorod border region killed three people.

Meanwhile, frontline reports describe an increasingly lethal environment dominated by pervasive drone surveillance, where exposed troop movements face immediate targeting.
