The Court of Arbitration for Sport has cleared Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk, ending a four-year doping ban following a successful appeal.

Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk is set to return to competitive football after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruled in his favor, effectively ending his doping suspension. The Football Association originally handed the Chelsea player a four-year ban in June 2025 following a positive test for meldonium.

Mudryk, who joined the London club from Shakhtar Donetsk in January 2023 for €100 million, has not played since 2024. Following the ruling, Chelsea stated that their "main objective is to support him in the team and help him resume his career."
