US authorities charged five alleged Russian agents over a global plot targeting supporters of Ukraine, while Denmark reported domestic sabotage.

United States federal authorities have unsealed an indictment charging five alleged Russian intelligence operatives with running a covert network tasked with carrying out targeted killings and sabotage across Europe and North America.

According to the Department of Justice, the network recruited individuals to monitor and attack figures aligned with Ukraine, including an operation conducted in Prague in June 2024. All five suspects remain at large.

Concurrently, Denmark's Security and Intelligence Service reported that Russian agents executed physical sabotage against Danish defense companies supporting Kyiv. Authorities framed these actions as a significant expansion of Moscow's hybrid warfare campaign.
