Ukrainian frontline personnel and commentators advocate for structural reforms in resupply logistics, troop rotations, and mobilization policies.

Ukrainian service members and military commentators continue to highlight systemic operational challenges within the nation's armed forces, urging reforms in supply logistics, rotations, and administrative practices.

Drone unit commander Yurii Butusov stated that unit leaders must independently secure equipment due to a lack of institutional accountability for frontline resupply. Meanwhile, frontline surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel warned that long deployments without rotations severely strain personnel, arguing that government policies currently favor civilian interests over troop well-being.

Administrative fairness has also faced criticism. A recent study highlighted that military honors are frequently concentrated among higher command headquarters rather than frontline combatants. To address mobilization disparities, service member Pavlo Kazarin recommended reforming medical commissions and deferment mechanisms.
