Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy issues warning to Finland over viral video

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has issued a warning to international partners, including Finland, regarding footage circulating on social media, asserting that "the world must see this."

The statement coincides with comments from a Ukrainian diplomat who stated that Ukraine will never join the NATO alliance. Meanwhile, in Russian-occupied Crimea, an internal shooting involving military personnel resulted in four fatalities after a soldier opened fire on fellow troops. Details surrounding the motives for the Crimea shooting and the specific contents of the video flagged by Zelenskyy have not been independently verified.
