Iryna Terekh, head of Ukrainian defense technology firm Fire Point, has outlined plans to scale up domestic weapons manufacturing. Speaking about operational expansion, Terekh stated that Fire Point aims to produce up to 200 Flamingo long-range missiles per month to strike targets in Russia. The manufacturer is also developing Freyja, an air defense system designed as a European alternative to the American Patriot system. Highlighting the rapid adaptation of defense innovation during wartime, Terekh remarked that "without Ukraine, the weapons of the future are not tested." Production and testing continue as missile strikes persist across the region.
