At least eight people were killed and over 60 injured as Russian forces launched around 180 drones and artillery strikes across multiple regions in Ukraine.

Russian forces launched a massive aerial assault involving roughly 180 drones and sustained artillery barrages across Ukraine over a 24-hour period, resulting in at least eight deaths and more than 60 injuries.

The strikes targeted several regions, including Odesa, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian troops bombarded five separate districts nearly 60 times. Local emergency services confirmed five fatalities and 16 injuries across the Kamianske, Pavlohrad, and Nikopol districts.

Near Kryvyi Rih, a targeted drone strike on a petrol station claimed three lives, including an eight-year-old child. First responders and local rescue crews worked throughout the day to secure damaged infrastructure and treat survivors across the affected areas.
