Russian drone and missile strikes across Ukraine have killed at least eight people and injured over 60, with heavy bombardment reported across the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The death toll from recent Russian missile and drone strikes across Ukraine has climbed, with regional emergency services and local officials confirming widespread casualties and damage.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, nearly 60 bombardments across five districts resulted in at least five deaths and 16 injuries over a 24-hour period, with casualties concentrated in the Kamianske, Pavlohrad, and Nikopol districts. Across the country, authorities reported at least eight people killed and more than 60 injured as waves of roughly 180 drones targeted Odesa, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk.

Among the latest incidents, a drone strike hit a petrol station near Kryvyi Rih, killing three people, including an eight-year-old child. Emergency responders continue containment operations following prior missile strikes that sparked fires in Kyiv and damaged industrial sites.
