A PACE report praised Armenia's parliamentary elections overall but criticized the electoral commission's decision to annul results at three polling stations.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has published a report assessing Armenia’s June parliamentary elections as well-managed and competitive, while raising concerns over decisions made by the Central Electoral Commission. PACE stated that the electoral body failed to sufficiently justify annulling results at three polling stations. European observers noted that the excluded votes were substantial enough to potentially alter the outcome for an opposition party seeking representation in parliament. To address the issue in future contests, PACE recommended updating Armenia’s electoral legislation. Despite these criticisms, the assembly concluded that the election overall offered citizens a genuine choice.
