A Milan civil court has ordered entrepreneur Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio to hand over his one-year-old daughter to her mother, Sara Soldati, following an urgent legal request.

A civil court in Milan has ordered Italian entrepreneur Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio to surrender his one-year-old daughter to her mother, model and influencer Sara Soldati. The ruling follows an urgent petition filed by Soldati's legal team, which claimed she had been prevented from seeing her child for 20 days.

Del Vecchio's defense strongly denied the claims, characterising them as "calumnies and falsehoods." His lawyers announced plans to file additional legal counter-complaints, alleging that Soldati had wrongfully taken high-value property.

Discrepancies emerged regarding the compliance deadline. La Stampa reported that the child must be handed over by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, whereas Corriere della Sera reported the deadline as 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
