Enilive acquires Oil! service station network from Prax Group

Italian energy company Eni's subsidiary Enilive has agreed to acquire 100 percent of the service station operator Oil! from the British Prax Group.

The binding transaction transfers ownership of approximately 320 service stations located in Germany, Denmark, Austria, and Switzerland. Within Austria, the deal includes 15 fuel stations distributed across several federal states, including Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland, Styria, Tyrol, and Vorarlberg. The move allows Enilive to expand its retail network across central and northern Europe.
