DHL expands Baltic e-commerce operations through Venipak acquisition
DHL has announced the acquisition of parcel delivery operator Venipak to strengthen its e-commerce presence across the Baltic states.
German logistics provider DHL has announced the acquisition of Baltic parcel delivery company Venipak to expand its regional e-commerce operations. The deal will combine DHL's global network with Venipak's local infrastructure across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Venipak currently operates a network of approximately 800 parcel lockers alongside numerous pickup locations throughout the Baltic states. Industry representatives anticipate the integration will enhance service quality and efficiency for online shoppers and businesses across the region.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval from regional competition authorities before integration begins.
