US prosecutors have charged five alleged Russian agents over assassination plots against Ukraine supporters, as Denmark reports defense sector sabotage.

United States federal prosecutors have unsealed charges against five alleged Russian intelligence operatives accused of orchestrating assassinations and sabotage against supporters of Ukraine in North America and Europe. According to the Department of Justice, the network recruited operatives globally to perform surveillance and execute lethal attacks, including an assault in Prague in June 2024. All five suspects remain at large.

Simultaneously, Denmark's Security and Intelligence Service reported that Russian actors conducted physical sabotage against Danish defense contractors supplying equipment to Kyiv. Danish officials framed the incidents as an escalation of Moscow's hybrid campaign targeting Western aid.
