Ukrainian strikes hit key Russian defense sites in Samara while heavy frontline fighting continues in eastern Ukraine, with over 250 combat clashes reported.

Satellite imagery and local reports confirmed Ukrainian missile and drone strikes hitting key Russian military facilities in Samara, including the Progress Rocket Space Centre and the adjacent Aviakor aircraft repair plant. Additional strikes were reported across the Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, and Rostov regions, with activity noted near the Savasleyka military airfield.

Concurrently, heavy frontline ground combat persisted in eastern Ukraine. Ukrainian military sources reported over 250 combat engagements within 24 hours, driven by intense Russian offensive actions along the Lyman and Kostiantynivka sectors. Russian troops also made tactical advances south of Dobropillia and attempted to split Ukrainian defense positions along the Oskil River near Kupiansk.
