Ukrainian military personnel and commentators have detailed ongoing logistical, administrative, and mobilization challenges affecting forces on the frontline.

Ukrainian service members and commentators continue to voice concerns regarding systemic administrative, logistical, and rotational challenges facing the country's armed forces. Frontline drone unit commander Yuriy Butusov reported that unit leaders remain individually responsible for securing essential equipment due to a lack of centralized supply accountability.

Meanwhile, frontline surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel warned that long deployments without rotations leave troops exhausted, stating that "officials turned their backs on the military" in favor of civilian concerns. Additionally, an investigation published by Ukrainska Pravda highlighted inequities in military commendations, noting that awards are often disproportionately distributed to command staff rather than frontline soldiers.

To address growing discontent and restore public trust, serviceman Pavlo Kazarin emphasized the need to reform military medical evaluation commissions and occupational deferments to create a more equitable mobilization process.
