Ukrainian personnel highlight supply shortages, unequal award distribution, and lack of rotations, urging systemic military reforms.

Ukrainian service members and veterans are calling for comprehensive reforms to address administrative, logistical, and operational challenges within the armed forces.

Drone unit commander Yuriy Butusov stated that frontline officers are forced to independently secure basic supplies due to a lack of centralized support. Meanwhile, military surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel warned that prolonged deployments without rotations are causing severe physical and mental exhaustion, arguing that government policies favor civilian interests over soldiers' needs.

Critique has also targeted administrative inequality. Reporting indicates that official commendations are disproportionately awarded to brigade command staff rather than frontline infantry. To make the system fairer, serviceman Pavlo Kazarin called for structural changes to military medical evaluation commissions and occupational deferment rules.
