Ukrainian military personnel and observers highlight administrative, supply, and rotational shortcomings across the armed forces.

Ukrainian service members and military observers have detailed persistent administrative, logistical, and rotational shortcomings within the country's armed forces.

Frontline surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel cautioned that prolonged deployments without reliable rotations leave personnel exhausted, arguing that authorities prioritize civilian concerns over military needs. Operational supply management also faces hurdles; drone unit commander Yuriy Butusov noted that local leaders must independently arrange routine supplies due to a lack of centralized operational accountability.

Furthermore, an investigation by Ukrainska Pravda revealed that military decorations are disproportionately allocated to command headquarters rather than frontline soldiers. Commenting on public trust, serviceman Pavlo Kazarin stated that reforming medical evaluation commissions and occupational deferment policies is crucial to ensuring equitable mobilization.
