Russian overnight strikes killed up to 17 people around Kyiv while a North Korean missile detachment deployed to Voronezh, amid heavy front-line combat across eastern Ukraine.

Overnight Russian drone and missile strikes targeting Kyiv and its surrounding region left at least 15 to 17 people dead and over 40 injured, causing fires and damaging residential infrastructure.

Concurrently, Ukraine's General Staff reported 233 combat engagements within 24 hours, with heavy clashes persisting around Pokrovsk and Kupiansk. Ukrainian intelligence and military reports indicated that a North Korean missile unit, equipped with up to six launchers and 120 ballistic missiles, has begun deploying in Russia's Voronezh region.
