US prosecutors charged five alleged Russian agents over plots targeting Ukraine allies, while a German court convicted a man over a parcel bomb scheme.

United States prosecutors have unsealed charges against five alleged Russian intelligence operatives accused of orchestrating a global campaign of surveillance, sabotage, and assassination targeting supporters of Ukraine.

Federal authorities stated that the network recruited operatives to conduct attacks across Europe and North America, including a June 2024 assault in Prague. All five suspects remain at large.

Meanwhile, a regional court in Stuttgart, Germany, convicted a Ukrainian national for participating in a Russian-linked plot involving explosive parcels. Prosecutors said the operation utilized packages containing GPS trackers sent to Ukraine to disrupt European security and undermine public trust.
