Ukrainian strikes struck Russian aerospace plants in Samara as intense ground combat escalated across eastern Ukraine, with over 250 engagements reported in 24 hours.

Satellite imagery and local reports indicate that Ukrainian missile and drone strikes hit key defense-linked industrial facilities in Russia's Samara region, including the Progress Rocket Space Centre and the Aviakor aircraft plant. Regional officials acknowledged incoming strikes, while additional aerial assaults were reported across the Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, and Rostov regions, with potential impacts near the Savasleyka military airfield.

Simultaneously, heavy ground combat continued across eastern Ukraine. The Ukrainian General Staff reported over 250 combat engagements within a single 24-hour period, with concentrated Russian assaults focused on the Lyman and Kostiantynivka axes. Russian units also pushed to split Ukrainian defensive positions on the left bank of the Oskil River near Kupyansk and expanded territorial control south of Dobropillya.
