Ukrainian forces launched strikes on Russian aerospace plants in Samara, while ground combat across the eastern front surged to over 250 daily engagements.

Satellite imagery and local reports confirmed Ukrainian drone and missile strikes against industrial and military sites in Russia's Samara region, targeting the Progress Rocket Space Centre and the adjacent Aviakor aircraft plant. Additional aerial attacks were reported across the Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, and Rostov regions, with strikes potentially impacting the Savasleyka airfield. Regional governor Vyacheslav Fedorishev acknowledged a massive attack on local industrial infrastructure.

Meanwhile, intense ground combat persisted along the eastern front, where Ukrainian officials recorded over 250 engagements in a single day. Russian troops attempted to expand control south of Dobropillia near Pokrovsk and mounted dozens of assaults in the Lyman and Kostyantynivka sectors. Russian units also conducted flag-raising operations in contested Donetsk locations to claim territorial control.
