Ukrainian strikes hit aerospace sites in Russia's Samara region while over 250 combat engagements were reported across front-line sectors in eastern Ukraine.

Long-range Ukrainian strikes targeted industrial facilities in Russia's Samara region overnight, impacting sites associated with the Progress Rocket Space Centre and the Aviakor aviation plant. Satellite imagery and regional reports indicate damage across workshops involved in manufacturing Soyuz space rockets and servicing strategic aircraft. Regional officials confirmed a substantial missile assault, alongside separate aerial attacks reported across Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, and Rostov oblasts.

Simultaneously, heavy ground combat continued across eastern Ukraine. Military reports documented more than 250 daily engagements, with intense Russian assaults concentrated along the Lyman and Kostiantynivka axes. Positional fighting also expanded south of Dobropillia in the Pokrovsk sector and along the Oskil River near Kupyansk, where Russian units attempted to split Ukrainian defensive bridgeheads.
